Jobzhub

Privacy

Privacy policy.

Jobzhub runs your job search for you, so it handles personal information: your resume, your preferences, and the applications it sends. This page explains what we collect, why, who sees it, and how to get it deleted.

Last updated October 20, 2026.

The short version

We use your information to find jobs for you, tailor your applications, send them where you tell us to, and prepare you for interviews.

  • We don't sell your personal data.
  • We never use your resume to train AI.
  • Uploaded resumes are deleted after 30 days, or sooner on request at saad@jobzhub.com.
  • Applications only go to employers under the rules you set, and you can require approval before each one is sent.
  • Paddle handles payments. We never see or store your full card number.

Who we are

Jobzhub is operated by Umar Bin Azam, trading as Jobzhub. For anything about your privacy, email support@jobzhub.com. We serve job seekers in the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to run your search.

You give us

  • Account details: your name, email address and login information.
  • Your resume and any documents you upload or create in Jobzhub, such as tailored resumes and cover letters.
  • Search preferences: the roles, locations and other criteria you set.
  • Work authorization: whether you need visa sponsorship, so we can match you to roles that fit your status.
  • Interview practice answers and notes, and messages you send to support.
  • If you fill in a form on our website, such as a sign-up form, the name, email and answers you enter, plus how you found us (the campaign tags in the link you followed, the site that sent you and the page you first landed on), your time zone and the type of device and browser you used.

What we create while running your search

As Jobzhub works for you, it creates records that belong to your account.

  • Job matches and how well each role fits your profile.
  • Tailored versions of your resume and cover letters.
  • Your application tracker: which roles were applied to, when, and their status.
  • Basic technical data such as device, browser and log information, used to keep the service secure and working.
  • Website usage data from Google Analytics 4, such as pages visited and how you arrived. See Cookies and analytics below.

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • Find and rank jobs that fit your skills, preferences and visa status.
  • Tailor your resume and cover letters to specific roles. Our AI works from the facts you give it and does not invent experience.
  • Submit applications on your behalf, following the rules you set.
  • Help you prepare for interviews.
  • Run billing, send renewal reminders before any renewal, and provide support.
  • Keep Jobzhub secure and fix problems.
  • Send product news or marketing emails only if you agree, with an unsubscribe link in every one.

When we apply for you

Applying for jobs means sharing your information with employers. When Jobzhub submits an application, it sends the hiring company the details that application needs, such as your name, contact details, resume and answers to the employer's questions. Applications go through the employer's own hiring system, for example Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Ashby or Workday. Once an employer has your application, their own privacy policy covers how they use it. You can pause auto-apply at any time, or turn on approval to review every application before it is sent.

Who else sees your data

We share information only with the companies that help us run Jobzhub, and only for that purpose.

  • Employers you apply to, through their hiring systems, as described above.
  • Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record, which processes your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy.
  • AI providers, to tailor documents and run interview practice. They may not use your data to train their models.
  • Google, for website analytics through Google Analytics 4.
  • Hosting, email and support providers that store or deliver our service.
  • Our own team, only when needed to support you.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for 30 days from your last use of Jobzhub. If you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days of that, even if you used Jobzhub more recently. Uploaded resumes follow the same rule, and you can delete them sooner at any time. Resumes uploaded to the free Resume Roast are deleted 30 days after upload. The only exception is billing records, which we keep for as long as tax and accounting laws require.

Free Resume Roast

When you use the free Resume Roast, we store the resume file you upload and your roast results on our own server. We keep them for up to 30 days, then delete them automatically. We never use them to train AI. To have yours deleted sooner, email saad@jobzhub.com.

How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people and systems that need it, and card details stay with Paddle. No system is perfectly secure, so we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.

Your choices and rights

You can see, correct, download or delete your data, and stop marketing emails, whenever you like. Many of these controls are in your account; for anything else, email support@jobzhub.com. Depending on where you live, including under US state privacy laws, UK GDPR and Canada's PIPEDA, you may have extra rights, such as objecting to certain uses or complaining to a data protection authority. We reply within the time the law sets.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Wherever it is processed, we make sure it is protected to the standard the law requires.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use our website, such as which pages are visited and where visitors come from, so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We don't use it to build advertising profiles of you. With your consent, we also keep a cookie on jobzhub.com that records how you found us (for example the ad or link you clicked), so the Jobzhub app can credit your sign-up to it. We ask before setting these cookies, and you can change your choice any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or block and delete cookies in your browser settings.

Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to use Jobzhub. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think someone under 18 has given us their information, email support@jobzhub.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make a meaningful change, we'll update this page and email account holders before it takes effect. Last updated: October 20, 2026.
