GOD MODE interview guarantee
If you meet the conditions below and don't get an interview, you can claim a full refund of the GOD MODE price. An interview means a live phone or video interview with someone at the hiring company. The guarantee is only for GOD MODE. It doesn't cover SCOUT, RANGER or top-ups.
To qualify
- All 300 auto-applies were sent, or fewer were sent only because there weren't enough matching jobs during your 3 months.
- Before your applications were sent, you updated your resume following the guidance shown in your Jobzhub dashboard.
How to claim the guarantee
Once your last auto-apply has been sent, email support@jobzhub.com from your account email within 60 days. We'll check your application history against the conditions above. Approved refunds are paid by Paddle to your original payment method, and GOD MODE access ends once you're refunded.
14-day refund window
If you change your mind, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. This covers RANGER, GOD MODE and top-ups. To ask for one, email support@jobzhub.com from your account email.
Cancelling and renewals
How each paid option works:
- You can cancel RANGER at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
- GOD MODE is a one-time payment for 3 months and does not auto-renew.
Your legal rights
The interview guarantee and the 14-day refund window are in addition to your legal rights. Statutory withdrawal rights apply as described in Paddle's Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle. If something's wrong with a charge, please email support@jobzhub.com before filing a chargeback, so we can sort it out directly.
